Filling the Gap
I help people find their purpose. And build a work-integrated lifethat revolves around that purpose.
Most people aren't lazy or lost. They just never got clear on their purpose, and they are spinning their wheels doing work that was either never theirs to begin with or for no other reason other than to collect a paycheck.
I help people find exactly what's missing.

The core truth
Everyone is born with a specific set of gifts. These gifts are either cultivated or repressed. So often, we find ourselves doing the wrong work: either using our gifts to build someone else's dream, or not using them at all and having to drag ourselves to work in the morning.
Getting unstuck takes three things. Getting clear on our purpose. Operating in our gifts. Building systems to delegate, outsource, and partner away our weaknesses.
Where the gap usually is
I
Self
Finding what's actually yours, then the habits, training, and discipline that keep you sharp enough to run the rest. Nothing works if you're not right first.
II
People
Finding, developing, and serving the people whose gifts cover your gaps. Hiring, partnership, marriage, mentorship. What drains you is what somebody else is great at.
III
Systems
Delegation, automation, process, sales. Real businesses built in the margins of a job. Paying someone to do what you're bad at is buying back your best hours.
Why I built this
At twenty-three I'd graduated, landed the corporate job, started a business, and gotten the girl. By the world's standards I was on the right track. Deep down I was unfulfilled and without purpose.
I had built a life that wasn't in line with my authentic self, and it had to be rebuilt. What changed everything was committing my life to a Purpose, going all in on developing myself, getting intentional about who I let influence me, and learning how to leverage my gifts in my day-to-day to find fulfillment and joy in the process of building my best life.
My calling in life is to help people do two things:
Get clear on their purpose.
Build a fulfilling work-integrated life to accomplish that purpose.
